2.We started processing application on November 25, 2013.

3.Medical results have been received.

4.A decision has been made on application. The office will contact concerning this decision.

My wife stayed for a total of 100 days before and after marriage,she was schedule to leave in feb but we got extended her duration n she stayed another one month,would there be any possible issue wid that long duration?
because on one side it is said that short duration is not gud after marriage for the case and on the other hand,there is a condition that duration should not be so long for a PR ?

If they say short duration is not good after marriage they mean wife and husband spend time together for some time it can be month or 2 before application and then apply with all proof . once applied then sponsor eligibility thing comes in to picture with longer durations cic may think pr didnt reside in canada which is against condition

You have already provided enough information . If they are going to get records from CBSA and whatever i think are correct for a pr then ur application will be in trouble.

Hey Myrah, are there any chances of ADR or INTERVIEW after the ECAS is in process ?

if they are satisfied with adr no interview !! if not then then yes u might have interview ....

1.We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2013.

Apart from this I don't see any update online against my application.

I received one letter from CIC on Jul 20 regarding my passport submission, I submitted my passport to cic on Jul 25. Since that time I haven't receive any update... !

At the time of application submission the timeline was 10 months but now it is 12 months, could you please advise if my time line starts from my application receive date i.e Jun 5th, 2013 or from passport submission date - Jul 25th, 2013.

Also do let me know if the timeline going to be 10 months from me or 12 months?

If you check web site after ecas with regards to processing times you can see this message

The tables below indicate application processing times at Canadian visa offices once Step 1 has been completed. The times are based on how long it took to process 80 percent of all cases between October 1, 2012 to September 30, 2013. Processing times are subject to change.

That means it is based on the old records from which they set a point as 12 months. but it can change also . they may process your application in 6 months there are cases like that . Be positive

Hi Myrah,
I am new to this Forum. you are doing a great job. Congrats for your dm. Hope you get your passport very soon and wish you all the best for your future. Also Congratz to everyone who got dm.
I met my wife 1st time when i visited india in december 2012. Our relationeship was finalized in April 2013 when both families had small ceremony in my absence.After that we started talking to each other. I arrived india in october 2013 and we got married in october. I was in india for 1 month after marriage.
I applied for my wife's sponsorship on October 25, 2013. SA on November 20th. PPR January 16. I am going to send my passport early next week. At the time of application, i provided following as proof of our relationship:
Photographs: Ceremony in april(8 photos- In my absence) and wedding photographs( 14 photos) only.
Honeymoon trip booking details,Passport stamp copies for my visits, copy of our joint bank account we opened, phone call history from April to October. We didnt submit and chat logs for gmail,facebook or whatsapp.
So my question is should i submit more documents with my passport. I can submit, more photographs including honeymoon pictures,diwali pics,her b'day pics,karwa chauth pics etc when we were together;more call history Also passport stamp copies for Mauritius visit; gmail and whatsapp chat logs. Do you think this can cause any delay. Is there anyone on forum submitted documents with passport and faced any delay?
