I know eh they are so unpredictable ppl. Dont know what to say about this and its soo unfair how they could do that to ppl who have waited for more than a year. NDVO need to stay awake for whole day and work faster on old files if they care about that lol. Sigh* i still cant believe its third week of january now and february is coming so soon. I really hope that older files get blasts of ips or dms so soon and new files too to get good news this year. God bless all!

I have a doubt...does it effect the application if sponsor is citizen or PR?

No...not at all

Hello Guys!

After 12th i have completed B.Pharm (mangalore) and then gone MSc in Pharmaceutical Science (London,UK)...Then, I have applied under non-spp category for Pharmacy Technician Diploma course (Janyuary-2013 intake) in Sheridan College in Canada. My IELTS score was 7.0 and my file was rejected. Reasons for rejections are as mentioned below-

Reason 1- You have submitted documentation which lacks authenticity as part of your application. This has diminished the overall credibility of your submission.

Reason 2-Other reasons: Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of your qualifications, previous studies, gap in studies, employment, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

Hi....

I have following queries.....kindly share your experience and opinions....

1). What might be the possibilities for rejection?
2). My UK master degree will enhance the chance of visa rejection?? Because I have applied for Diploma course..
3). Should I apply again in Non-SPP category?
4). I have applied for CAIPS note file. If they have problem regarding my course, then should i apply again after changing course?? Or they will think that my plan is to enter canada anyhow??

Please share me your experience and opinions....

Thank you in advance guys!! ;D

My wife stayed for a total of 100 days before and after marriage, she was schedule to leave in feb but we got extended her duration n she stayed another one month, would there be any possible issue wid that long duration?
because on one side it is said that short duration is not gud after marriage for the case and on the other hand, there is a condition that duration should not be so long for a PR ?

Hey Myrah, are there any chances of ADR or INTERVIEW after the ECAS is in process ?

Hello Guys, I hope you are doing wonderful.

I have few concerns against my file again... I would appreciate if you can assist --

My file says

1.We received your application for permanent residence on June 5, 2013.

Apart from this I don't see any update online against my application.

I received one letter from CIC on Jul 20 regarding my passport submission, I submitted my passport to cic on Jul 25. Since that time I haven't receive any update... !

At the time of application submission the timeline was 10 months but now it is 12 months, could you please advise if my time line starts from my application receive date i.e Jun 5th, 2013 or from passport submission date - Jul 25th, 2013.

Also do let me know if the timeline going to be 10 months from me or 12 months?

I wish you all get your DMs soon.

God bless you all.

THANKYOU for your kind supports!!

Regards,
Rinku :) :) :) :) :) :) :) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) ;) :D :D :D :D :D :D :D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D :P :P :P :P :P :P :-* :-* :-* :-*
