but i am really worried about my medical, that's expiring on 4/feb/2013,my wife stayed with me for 2.5 months after marriage, when she got back to Canada, she couldn't get job for 3 months and that's the only reason for the delay in filing my case.....

Same here. My medicals already got expired and waiting for the re medical letter. Still havent heard anything from them after ppr. I stayed there for 2 months and half too so that should be more than enough. Dont worry we all are in the same boat. Hopefully they dont delay your processing and speedy visa for you. God bless you. :)

Thought i'd atleast do this than just waiting and waiting....even though i know its pretty late in my process! :/

Sorry i meant to say that you have to click immigration file: permanent residence because you already got ppr. I know its good to see the notes to find out whats happening with your processing. Hopefully you will get good news before you get notes. All.the best. :)

Not sure about exact dates however it says my application was received on Jun 5th, they sent a letter to my wife that she has been approved to sponsor me on jun 30 somewhere. I got one letter to send my passport around 25 Jul and I replied them with my passport next day. It really dosen't show anything about medical online. Could you provide some more details? Thanks

You will hear good news this month or next month soon since they are still working on june applicants. I wish you a good luck for the speedy visa. :)

Really already? Well how come it showed sponsorship file in the list? Didnt it show like immigration file: temporary residence, immigration file: permanent residence or citizenship file? you supposed to click immigration file permanent residence because you are doing on behalf of your spouse who is the applicant in india and got ppr already. Its okay dont worry about it because they will have your file number and uci no.

Hi Myrah,

I am Dec 2013 applicant and I just received my AOR on Jan 10 2014 (still waiting for SA).

I heard that NDVO nowadays has changed its procedure and that it does not request PP in 15 days but that it has delayed PPR to 2 or 2.5 months from the date it gets the file transferred from Mississauga. Is this true?

The reason I ask is- If I get SA around Jan 15th 2014 or so, I thought my wife (in India) will get PPR around Feb first or second week or so? Is this no longer true.

Pl advise.
