Same here. My medicals already got expired and waiting for the re medical letter. Still havent heard anything from them after ppr. I stayed there for 2 months and half too so that should be more than enough. Dont worry we all are in the same boat. Hopefully they dont delay your processing and speedy visa for you. Didnt it show like immigration file: temporary residence, immigration file: permanent residence or citizenship file? you supposed to click immigration file permanent residence because you are doing on behalf of your spouse who is the applicant in india and got ppr already.
