raman.every time when i read your views i really feel very bad. i m also march applicant ppr and deposited in may but the diffrence is that i m in ip 1 nov.i know how hard it is to live without life partner .and this wait is too killing. waheguru raman da v ip kar de yarr.

lol this all thing is funny.....ndvo has made me very religious.....everyday I do full sukhmani sahib da paath.....

I knw I will get visa nd will b with him someday...but everythin falls apart nd I m crushed whn ppl who applied with me or after get DM.

February will be the 10th month since my file reached ndvo..

No i was there as on my student visa. But i was told i dont need to submit my PCC from there. Bcz NDVO can directly get it from the RCMP if they want it? Otherwise they have everything single detail in their system.
but in this forum some members submitted their PCC from there too.

Yesss u have to submit your canada pcc... I was there as a student too... And I submitted my pcc of canada... It was fingerprints taken by rcmp ...

I agree. One of my friend was in student visa an NDVO asked for RCMP clearance. I think they do it themselves only for those who visited on tourist visa.

I am in India now. so what is the procedure to apply the PCC from their ? and how can i give them my fingerprints ?? I remember when i was there they never took my finger prints.
Kindly do the needful . I shall be really appreciate .........

In May 2013 Submitted my application for PR application for my Child to Mississauga Office. In June 2013 they sent the application to New Delhi. My Child is already on a TRP in Canada. Receved a letter from High Commission Canada in New Delhi on July to submit the Original Passport, Police Clearance and Right of Landing Fee. Replied back to them that my child is just 2 years old, so she is exempted from Police Clearance as well as of the Right of Landing Fee as published in their Guide to application for Sponsership. For the Original Passport submission to New Delhi in Inda, how can we do that as she is already in Canada on TRP. Send them all the photocopies for the passport with the TRP. Did not hear anything back from them. On the website application status still shows Application Received June 2013. Tried to call the Immigration Section in New Delhi, but the Call center only says to send a letter or an email and they will reply back. I have send them email waited 2 months, send them the letter waited 4 months, still no reply. Tried calling CIC in canada they say to call India or contact them via letter / email.

Is this the normal process that it takes so long. As few people were informing us that Child sponership is pretty fast and it gets done within 2-3 months.

I am worried as the status online since June 2013 is Application received.

Have any one submitted their child passport to Canadian High Commission in New Delhi when the child is in Canada on a TRP?

ohhk , i took an advise from the immigration lawyer from Canada. He said i dont need to submit my PCC from there .. Now i m confused
I dont wana get suffer and waste my time if they will ask me for the PCC from canada.
Could you plz advise me how to obtain the PCC from there??

Oh well..as I hv been daily reading this forum nd so i hv noticed tht after goin in process....its straight DM. This is the usual procedure rest ndvo officers r unpredictable. But I guess u will get DM soon....
