hi every one I am also july applicant and was following this forum its so exciting to see peoples who are in process and have got already visa lucky :-D
I want to request to add me to this forum please here is my detail:

July 4th 2013- application sent
July 16th 2013- aplication received at cic
Aug. 15th 2013- spouse sponsership is approve and file transferd to dehli
Sep. 18th 2013- passport and pcc requested by new dehli office
Sep. 25th 2013- passport and pcc sent to new dehli office
Sep. 26th 2013- passport and pcc received by new dehli office
nov. 11th 20013- medical done
status update- medical recived by new dehli office.

Munish it may take some time.. But take it easy guys.. I think u shld be looking and taking care of the things in canada sponsor (Vacation and all is ok) But i dont htink before jan 30th August applicant is even going to be in IP looking at the current scenario based on the forum members.. They are still processing and working on 2012 + Jan to May 2013 only 1, 3rd june applicant is in IP according to this forum dont know about the rest outside..

We are all waiting to get along with our loved ones.. I know the first year of the marriage is very precious but its Babaji's testing time and let be.. We are all WINNERS

Hey, long time no see. I was wondering what was happening with your application. This is awful news but did MP elaborate why the NDVO is taking so long to review your application? Your medicals have also expired so they should not be taking so long. Praying for you too dear for a speedy DM.

welcome back. Thats so stupid of NDVO for taking so long on your file.i cant believe how they could do that to you when its going to be your one year application. I hope they will do something and get you visa so sooon. Did you get the letter for re medical yet and no interview? I wish you all the bestt for a speedy visaa! Dont be disappointed. I m also waiting so long and stupid of waiting game.

Hello Folks, I was in Canada for more than 6 months, but i didnt provide Canadian PCC to the NDVO . I had submitted my PCC only from India. My question is should i have been submitted my PCC from Canada too ???

hi,

my wife had filed an application to sponsor me, ( she is a Quebec resident)
we already sent the undertaking forms to micc and my file has been transferred to the delhi visa office.my question is

1. i have a foreign job offer and going abroad soon, do u think this will make a problem in the process of my application in delhi office?

2. do u think they will transfer my file to the foreign visa office? ( i am not planning to work there more than 6months even though i hav a 2year general work permit). can i write my situation to the visa office and request them to process in delhi?

3. i am ready to travel to india if they call for an interview, is this possible?

4. what do i do if they ask me to submit my passport to the visa office? can i ask for an extension or ask them to send a request for the passport once the whole process is complete or in the last stage of the process? is this possble?

your response from ur experience or knowledge is highly appreciated..plz help me if u knw somthing about this or went through a similar situation..

Went for MP inquiry yesterday, he said he'll get back to me in 10 days, so the wait begins There might have been a bit of yelling and screaming, and I did tell him straight up that I don't want the usual c**p bulls**t generic answer "your file is in queue". Asked him a ton of questions as to why it took the Conservative Government so long to end the strike, why are the processing times increasing even though the immigration minister (Alex something) said that they would clear the backlogs, and decrease processing times but that never materialized and time has gone up to 12 months, on the letter we get e-mailed from the Canadian High Commission Ned Delhi it says that priority is given to Spousal cases but it doesn't seem like they care about spousal cases at all looking at the processing time, and there was a whole page full of other questions, he said he will get back to me and I left the question sheet there. I did print out the spreadsheet and showed him, he seemed intrigued, looked at it for a while, didn't say anything. I told him look at the amount of people suffering. So lets see what comes out of this . . .

Yes they will ask you to submit PCC from Canada as you have stayed there for more than 6 months.
