Hi myrah, I did mp enquiry on 9th jan but still I didn't get any reply from them.. should I enquire again or wait for their response. ..it's been more then a week now...

u can mail/ call them again and ask them if ndvo has replied sometimes these mp's get so busy that they forget send a reminder ...

why didn't they ip in my e-case.... i don't know when they will... my marriage anniversary is coming and em still in india.... i don't what is going on. plzzzzzzz god help me....

from Myrah's spreadsheet, there are about 15 or 20 people in May still waiting to hear something/anything from New Delhi visa office..don't loose hope....though they have have started working on June applications it has not gone on a full swing...you will get your turn soon..it's just a matter of days when they open the application and start reviewing..in 10 days they can decide but then they put everybody on hold for sometime after it goes into 'in process'...all it takes is to see that magic change in status 'in process' then interview is waived...

I would reckon you to call your MP on this Friday.. It is just going to be a tender follow up.. and then by next week ur mp shld give u an update if not on this call..

Hi friends I am sponsor(VIRANI) of spouse application. I have applied my wife file on 31 st May 2013. My ecas shows application and medical have been received on 31st May 2013. I am bit worrying about my file coz they have started June applicant and no updates for last week of May applicant yet. I have requested one GCMS note and says only passport had attached with paper application only and that is it. So anybody can tell me the real situation what should i expect from CIC Delhi regarding my wife's visa.

Hi Myrah., We got our GCMS notes results. It shows Eligibility and criminality is Passed and Interview Waived. Thank GOD. These are all done before november 27th, 2013. That means they have not worked on my file after the status has changed to In Process. Under MEDICAL its showing "Pending medical results" What does that mean? Im worried whether they received my medical results at New Delhi? I think they have not. ??? ??? Security is BLANK. In first GCMS it was Not Started. But now its not showing anything (blank). It will be beneficial to do an MP Enquiry, right? especially to know what happened to my medical results..?

Check the spreadsheet. The link is under Myrah's signature. A lot of may applicants are still waiting, almost 20 of them. And about 6-7 are in IP including me. You will hear something very soon. Don't worry

It won't be that Long. I think they have touched your file already.. And June applications have been touched not stared in full swing but next week will be showering news of June + the other past months/year applicants too
