I would suggest going to your local MP and inquiring about your file, and why it's being held up. You could apply for notes, but that would take forever, MP inquiry will take approximately 1 week

Hi,
I applied for my wife in Feb 2013. Case transferred in Mar 2013. NO movement at all. Could you guys please advice how we can escalate this since it appears a lot of folks in this thread are getting visas for >June timeframe

Try both of these options -

GCMS NOTES - are essentially all the notes that the visa officer will have on your file basically they tell u whats passed, if your interview is waived or recommended, when was your file last touched, what was the last location of your file etc.......it take 30 days to generate but its all worth the waiting see the link below how to order

U can contact your MP in Canada

Go to this link type in your postal code.

Once u find your MP u can call them and book an appointment to meet her/him or do it on the phone itself....they will guide u with the process and what forms u have to fill and sign...this is the fastest way to get communication with new delhi....

call them or email them its fine ....u don't need to go there personally....the sponsor shld email them...no fees
call or email them and book an appointment to meet her/him or do it on the phone itself or just via email only....they will guide u with the process and what forms u have to fill and sign...only the person in Canada needs to sign that's what they did for me I didn't sign anything hubby signed on my behalf

yes they called me around 11 am..........and all the best mp will definitely help u good luck for dm now...just a few more days now

We already asked for GCMS notes. No action taken from Delhi. Application sent to Delhi on Mar 28th 2013. No action at all from Delhi. I will contact MP right away. Thanks.

hey... i received my sponsorship approval letter yesterday through mail. it was approved on 8th january.. bloody took 7 days to arrive.
anyways how long does papers take to reach delhi and do they send a AOR as well or just PPR?

its take 2-3 weeks to get transferred ........now just wait for ppr all the best

I doubt it. shld be anytime now..don't know why they gave u 60 days....anyways u got ADR on 14th dec that's 1 months already up......try goin to your mp and ask him to contact ndvo.....some cases go in ip after 30 days some take longer....
alifk may applicant got ADR on 20th nov and she went into IP on 14th dec........so each case is different........since june has started I think u shld be getting IP once they are satisfied with your documents good luck
