Guys can i call them and ask about my file ?

no point tried and tested called them 3-4 times and all they said is that I need to email them they cant help...trust me don't waste your time calling them....number is 011-41782000

yes of course by all means...worst thing that could happen is you get a standard reply 'send us email' or some rude person talking nonsense to you...be persistent and courteous if you end up talking to a live person on the other end...

Hey w2e ...the lady who spoke to me yesterday asked me to book my tickets and pack my stuffs...though they nevr mentioned when i ll b getting my pp back...is it ok if i call NVDO and ask them wen i could expect my pp back??

they will give u std reply like 2-4 weeks u will get the pp......they generally give u a longer time so that u don't call them back..........usually it takes 2-10 days and yes I think u shld start packing and keep things ready block your ticket don't book.....agents can block tickets till a week without paying ......that's what I suggest

bt my ecas still is in IP ... and next week its 4 days holiday so the post office will be closed i guess...so is it okay if block tickets fr 20th of this month??
also do they send pp directly to us or through VFS ?

criteria is medicals expiring in 4 weeks.....I need answers to know what the hell are these guys doing lol ..thx dear
