I think u shld go enjoy your time with your hubby and forget abt the visa for sometime there is not much u can do since u have interview...u need to wait now till ndvo calls/emails your with the interview date.... have a good time enjoy yourself

that's crazy normally is 30 days alifk and you both got 60 days ... otherwise mostly everyone got 30 days

I got 45 days....their email said I have to submit it by jan 5th and I got the email on nov 20th.

i went through medical process in Februrary,2013 and used my old passport for med purpose and after a few months,i got it renewed because i was going to expire in 2014 and submitted all the details of my new passport for spousal permanent residence and submitted both the passport at NDVO when i got PPR and now i fear that if there could be any problem in my med status since my ecas still shows "application received",nothing else.

I don't think its coz of the old passport that u haven't got medicals updated....infact its good u got your new pp and gave that to ndvo otherwise they wld have sent it bk to u and asked u to get a new pp and things wld get delayed....right now they processing may applicants give it time u might get medicals updated before or after IP ....half the ppl waiting still don't have medicals updated...wait till feb/march im sure u will hear something

i am doing govt job here and mentioned that in my work experience or past 10 year doings column in application form for my application & i hope i won't affect anything,i have attached all my proofs of job like ID card, salary certificate etc..i am just confused with one thing,i s it necessary to avail NOC from the respective department before applying or i just need it if an interview is called for.

what u provided is more than enough...I didn't even provide that much .....just the basic information in my application....I think its more for the sponsor work related since she/he is sponsoring u..(unless u applying for tourist visa)..... ...why do u need noc for interview are u talkin for ndvo or job in Canada? im kinda confused with the noc part....?

Hi, You dont need to get your NOC from your department. NOC only requires when ever you want to Visit abroad for short duration and you will be coming back. But i would like to tell you, at the end you must quit your job and if you think they can call you for an interview, then probably they can ask you how you will manage with your job. To keep your side safer you need to show them you resignation letter, if you are leaving your job. If you will get call for an interview.........
Other wise dont worry and just wait....... good luck....

It is their fault... They didn't mention abt to attach petition in forms... They are doing all this to disturb the people....
