This must mean good news for you considering you are already in process.

Good luck and wish you a quick DM and visa.

guys...
Finally i got PPR.
Just dont understand why MP didnt mention that in an enquiry made a week earlier...
Lets see how long will they take from now...Still dont trust NDVO and their processing time...
But hope this wait will end soon for all of us...

Rest assured your file is being worked on. May 21 applicant got request for additional documents. So yours must have gone through the first review at least.

Good luck,

I seriously think age would not be a criterion for rejection. Even if it is, 2 years difference is very normal. Unless ND visa office wants everyone should be married with no age difference (perfect if both of them were born on the same day, same town) at all then no one would be applying for visa and with no work to do ND visa male officers would be so happy to gain extra kilos of flesh around their waist which with their tight belts would appear so sexy to opposite gender. Other red flags such as leaving in two days after the wedding, short relationship, no family members around for marriage would be more troubling than age difference.

thanks very much,i was just confused about age difference otherwise case is quite simple with no travel history and any other complications like second marriage or something else, even my wife stayed with me for 2.5 months after our marriage and i have provided lots of wedding proofs like pre and post wedding photographs, phone bills, air-tickets of wife ,engagements pics and much more besides.......... i am now just left with one more question i.e. if it is necessary for sponsor to acquire separate apartment for spouse or is it OK to continue staying with relatives where he/she is staying earlier as sponsor assessment is already done stating that you have met all the requirement as a sponsor?

It is not necessary to acquire a separate apartment.

I think January - May applicants should wait till the 3rd week of December and then we all should go straight to NDVO and speak to them personally..

Me too thought of it long back.. there is no point in sitting @home or waiting here for a long time.... its really frustrating :'(
We all jan - may applicants shld join together and atleast enquire them .. whts happening with our files
But ppl who went there say they treat as nobody...

I second youtube's answer..at this point NDVO does not care if spouse is living alone or with relatives..they don't check where one is residing and the same goes for you too (sponsor has been approved). They mostly go by the documents that you have supplied along with your application.

Hi,

Is there any valid reason for NDVO is so silent for 3 weeks. I didn't read all pages in this thread. Pls reply if someone know about the reason for current slow process in NDVO.

I wish all the very best to all applicants who haven't received their VISAs
