I think you have to wait till Jan atleast coz from last 2-3 weeks no one getting much update so no point for notes to request now.

I think January - May applicants should wait till the 3rd week of December and then we all should go straight to NDVO and speak to them personally..

guys...
Finally i got PPR.
Just dont understand why MP didnt mention that in an enquiry made a week earlier...
Lets see how long will they take from now...Still dont trust NDVO and their processing time...
But hope this wait will end soon for all of us...

can anyone give me expert advice on likelihood of interview if there is age difference of 2-3 years and wife is elder ?

is there any update today ?

Come On NDVO

Waiting is killing us..............

C'mon NDVO, you're going to kill user "waiting2exhale"!

Hi All, hope you guys had a great weekend! And I wish you all a great week ahead!. I have a question for our experts and experienced members here. When can one expect to hear from NDVO if at all we are required to do any additional medical tests? Or is it some other office who contacts the applicants? I shall appreciate it if you could please share the details of the medical process starting from visiting the doctor to getting the results analyzed. Thank you in advance :)

Update from Applicant with AOR on 24-May-2013
NDVO called my wife late afternoon on Dec 2 and asked her a 2-3 questions to verify on our application:
• Where the sponsor (myself) is currently residing
• How long we stayed together after marriage
• Where is she currently residing
She seemed okay with the responses, didnt specify need for additional documentation etc. Finally, my wife asked when is likely we could see an update. The NDVO person said 3 weeks and hung-up…

Our app is still “Received”, so will have to wait and see what happens over the next few weeks….

This is quite specific; however, I wanted to share in the forum, as over the last week or so we are eagerly waiting for just about any kind of an “update”
, so hope this helps...

I seriously think age would not be a criterion for rejection. Even if it is, 2 years difference is very normal. Unless ND visa office wants everyone should be married with no age difference (perfect if both of them were born on the same day, same town) at all then no one would be applying for visa and with no work to do ND visa male officers would be so happy to gain extra kilos of flesh around their waist which with their tight belts would appear so sexy to opposite gender. Other red flags such as leaving in two days after the wedding, short relationship, no family members around for marriage would be more troubling than age difference.

I am invincible and I can destroy the NDVO fort with my superman eyes (what is preventing me from doing is my application is stuck in their basement). I am still holding my breath and refusing to exhale until they release my visa from NDVO prison.
