No! They are working on May now so not yet June started. I guess you have to wait until January if you see any member gets an update.

Hmmm... thats disappointing. Any July 2013 applicants applied for GCMS notes and received the notes recently? I got one on Oct 10, it was dated for Sept 30, and none of the checks other than medical was completed. I applied for another one on Oct 11 and I was supposed to receive it on Nov 11, but idiots lost the consent form I gave them. I cannot believe how an electronic file attached to an application submitted online can go missing. It took me a week and I had to send them 3 times via email before they replied saying they got it and now the due date for my notes is Dec 18. I know the CIC offices are slow and take forever, it looks like even the ATIP office employees are also just as slow and tardy...

Anyone else had issues with ATIP office?

Oh my god... i am so sorry to hear that... i really wonder why it takes forever... i dont know of any other country that does this. We should all write to the immigration minister and ask if his wife and family can spend Chritsmas without him in a different country.

Oh really? Thats what I thought would happen. They emailed me saying the consent is missing exactly 30 days from the application date, which is the due date for the notes. So when I sent it again, I thought they would just send me the notes. But after a week of a tug-of-war with them, they replied saying the new due date is Dec 18.

I am waiting to get the notes before making a formal complaint

Im a march applicant and still app received n med received. There is nothing you can do for that except waiting for an update or try mp enquiry as u can do your best for it. Mostly MP gives only a generic message. They are not much helpful too. We are in the same boat as you so have some patience and wait for your notes next month. I understand about your feeling and it is jst stupid because of the strike happened before and its getting slower now but hopefullyy you will hear some update on January. You should see how many 2012 applicants still waiting too from other forum. Whats your timeline?
