I agree with myrah that you need to ask your lawyer if you are not sure about it and you must have his signature to file the divorce.taj p said:ok I have that application in email , he never signed it.can that be submitted?

Thats pretty suck. Does your lawyer know that you submitted the divorce certificate without his signature?taj p said:but my ex never wanted a divorce, my lawyer filled it , he had 30 days from the day we served him the papers.i have submitted divorce certificate.
my lawyer submitted the app, and the divorce order was sent on 22nov 2012 and divorce was granted on 22dec2012,i have submitted only the divorce certificate along with my sponsorship forms , not the petition.will that cause delays , I do not have the application with his signature, even if they request it I will only submit the application form filled by the lawyer, no sigantures on it , just details of both.SN0206 said:Thats pretty suck. Oh kk if the divorce was granted then it's okay. You have to wait until they ask whatever they need your proof. Everything will be okay so only it will take a time. You can try the petition now as possible in case if they aak for it. Dont worry alot. By the way, can you post your timeline on the left side since you are already over 10 posts. If you dont mind to put it. Thanks. All the best for your processing!taj p said:my lawyer submitted the app, and the divorce order was sent on 22nov 2012 and divorce was granted on 22dec2012,i have submitted only the divorce certificate along with my sponsorship forms , not the petition.will that cause delays , I do not have the application with his signature, even if they request it I will only submit the application form filled by the lawyer, no sigantures on it , just details of both.

No! They are working on May now so not yet June started. I guess you have to wait until January if you see any member gets an update.visu007 said:Any July 2013 applicants?? Any updates for you?
Hmmm... thats disappointing. Any July 2013 applicants applied for GCMS notes and received the notes recently? I got one on Oct 10, it was dated for Sept 30, and none of the checks other than medical was completed. I applied for another one on Oct 11 and I was supposed to receive it on Nov 11, but idiots lost the consent form I gave them. I cannot believe how an electronic file attached to an application submitted online can go missing. It took me a week and I had to send them 3 times via email before they replied saying they got it and now the due date for my notes is Dec 18. I know the CIC offices are slow and take forever, it looks like even the ATIP office employees are also just as slow and tardy...SN0206 said:No! They are working on May now so not yet June started. Anyone else had issues with ATIP office?
When I applied for Notes, they emailed me saying they didn't receive the consent form. I sent them once again and they sent the notes after 2 days.visu007 said:Hmmm... thats disappointing. Oh my god... i am so sorry to hear that... i really wonder why it takes forever... i dont know of any other country that does this. We should all write to the immigration minister and ask if his wife and family can spend Chritsmas without him in a different country.Canadaposts said:Frustrated Disappointed I am Jan 29 applicant it will be 10 months November 29 .Mp advise to have patience till March .GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR
Oh really? Thats what I thought would happen. They emailed me saying the consent is missing exactly 30 days from the application date, which is the due date for the notes. So when I sent it again, I thought they would just send me the notes. But after a week of a tug-of-war with them, they replied saying the new due date is Dec 18.chams said:When I applied for Notes, they emailed me saying they didn't receive the consent form.
