i have a question...can we use the old signed consent form to apply the GCMS Notes...
someone did like that before and got GCMS Notes???

I read somewhere ....abt consent form....even if you are a returning customer, u must submit a recent consent form, so please upload one signed within the past 30 days.

no idea nothing mentioned.... but for sure AGE DIFFERENCE AND CULTURAL DIFF in ndvo is a big RED FLAG......heard this over and over again....which is extremely unfair !! when u are in love all this doesn't matter...!! and frankly Canadian embassy shld understand that more than our indian culture which actually proves that ndvo is filled with indian officers !!

It's all local junior Indian officers who flag your file for interview. They basically tell the gora senior officers who will be interviewing you that these guys seem fake and do not seem legit, you must fail them.

Then it is your job to really prove your case as hard as you can! I heard from a personal friend who got rejected when he applied back in 2011.

New delhi high commissioner is also indian lol .............ndvo is filled with Indians and few Canadian vo....... that's what I have heard 8)

Yes it is possible by court marriage way but then procedure goes little different then usual and you need to provide lots many proofs to show your marriage is not fraud. you know these days Canada is more strict about spouse visa based on marriage and mean time you should expect long wait to complete your file.

Mostly advisable solution is to go with traditional way if you can not go with traditional way but still try to grabs pics and phone call, skype call, email conversation.
