Thanks Myrah. we will send the copies of police certificate, payment receipt and of course the letter, along with a cover letter and passports.
The letter from NDVO does not say anything about medical certificate. The eCAS says medicals received. Do you think we shall still send a copy of Medicals?

For the delay, actually I m visiting my wife in India in January and we were planning a vacation to Mauritius at that time. My wife will need her Indian passport for that and hence we were thinking about the delay in submitting the passport.

I don't want to continue the fight so please relax and calm down. But here are my two cents.

True this is not Myrah's forum but she does a lot for the members on this forum. She took the initiative to help with the spreadsheet and you can almost always find her glued to the computer answering our questions with patience without any doubt. I have always seen repeated questions by different forum members and Myrah answers them if someone else hasn't replied first. In other words, she is the heart of this forum. If you pick on her, there are lots of other members that will defend her. She is the only champion member with the most posts and updates on this forum and I am sure throughout the entire canadian visa website. When Myrah gets her visa, we won't kick her, we will hug her tight and give her a standing ovation and salute her for all that she has done on this forum.

Waititsover, you are not wrong too. I can say that I haven't answered most questions but that is because I get really busy with work and volunteering and have time to skim through the pages most times. Yet I try to answer some questions now and then and help the forum keep track of the IPs, DMs and PPs returned because Myrah has a lot to do. There will be some people who will get excited and busy with their own lives after that they might not have time to update us or answer our questions. Nobody has taken responsibility to answer these questions and they might not know the answers, hence they will not answer it. Do you want us all to start replying to the questions saying " sorry we don't know the answer"? That might mean a lot of replies to one question and more pages to skim through.
We have tried responding to information1234, but he may be checking rarely or the answer is a few pages after his post... That can happen. We cannot forget that all of us have lives outside of the forum. You have to wait a few days to be responded to. There is a lot going on in this forum, especially with DMs, IPs, pp return updates and the congrats that follow and then the thank yous that follow. The answer to queries do get lost in the middle.

We all have to be patient...

To the rest of the forum members, please stop with the name calling like idiot and Tatti. We are all adults here. And name calling will not help the situation, only make it worse with anger and hate...
I don't want to offend anyone, and if I did, I apologize. But please, let's just get along... We are all family here.

i didn't send the copy of medicals either and even my says medical recd....so its ok....u are good with all u sending .....
ok so that's a delay of 3 months.......u can take the risk frankly ...but when u send them the pp i wld request u to explain why u have sent it so late.........or even better send them an email now and tell them u got the ppr but your wife will be travelling in jan....so u will send the pp only after that or wait for the 2nd ppr........hope this helps....and frankly lots n lots of ppl have done this... i have been reading this all over...don't know how many agree to this but this is a fact hope this helps u .....

Finally got a response from my MP.
They are doing the background check. Since it was outsourced, they can't tell how long it is going to take.
Once the background check is complete, they will proceed with the next steps.

thx gurl u r really a darling ... :-* don't worry we are all a family and will always be ....we all gone thru the most difficult time with 6.5 months of strike together... with no good news and still managed it.....half the forum has got visa's and gone if they were here then u wld have understood what else wld have happened today..... lol anyways cheers to all my friends here....canadavisa forum infact the best experience waiting for my visa.....with fantastic people i have met here.....this journey cldnt get easier without them.....(talkin abt the t... word it was just a funny term used ....btw how wld u like it if someone wished that u get yout visa after 1.5yrs?? that's what was told to me and then deleted so u can understand why such words were used) anyways forget all this hoping to a brand new day tom and getting more and more good news for everyone waiting

Congratulation for this post! Everyone is having their own life outside this forum and some have more time some less, some have a lot of knowledge, some less. Who ever answer is doing it in the best of their knowledge and with the best intention. As few already said, none are getting paid here, only lawyers, MP and CIC itself are paid for that and most of them are not even answering. So lets not have too big expectations, any extra information we get from this forum is a bonus!

Got our shinny passport back with a dull visa lol, happpy and excited................and officially out of forum as well now...............wish u all to be kicked out of here and will pray to god do the visa processing so fast for all of u that this site canada visa is closed..................

Our application went In process same day hope my wife gets PPR .... too

First myrah and friends started name calling and then I posted about visa and immediately deleted it because I know the pain of waiting for visa but now no regrets as she still supports name calling is funny thing.Ne ways desi girl best of luck and may u get visa soon.
