if it says it is delivered then it is delivered..if your worry is about where it is in NDVO - basement or attic then you an issue to worry ....why go insane over this issue when you have plenty of other issues that NDVO has to offer?

as for notes, it depends on your timeline (which I don't see from your post)..wait for 6 months if you have already sent your passport..if passport request is missing (2 months after file transfer to ND) then it is time to order 'notes' (sounds scary if I put it within quotes)

Can I ask one question wheneva they send the PP back with the visa, do they send a courier or just a regular mail. I mean to say will the postman just drop it in the mail or he would need a signature??
