I was able to look into this application and can tell you that the file shows as being received on April 16, 2013. There is a positive selection decision, medicals are valid and the background checks are

pending review by an officer. This file is close to being finalized. It is suggested that we follow up the first week of January. Please contact me again at that time for another enquiry".. what is this means close to DM RT ?

Yes max 1-2 weeks u shld get dm - pp with visa
