knock on the wood, so far 2013 applicants whose status gone to 'IP' have not been called for interview..but this does not mean it won't happen since it seems NDVO decisions are based on visa officers mood and whether it is sunny outside or not or it is going to be a full moon day and the wolves are going to be out howling

We were asked for Police Clearance from Singapore by CIC - actually they asked Police Clearance from all the countries and Singapore happens to be one for us. CIC says on their website that Singapore does not just give Police Clearance upon request. They have to have a letter from CIC - so we requested CIC to send us a request letter which we can forward to Singapore Police to get this certificate or clearance. We sent this letter to CIC along with our passports last month - but have not heard back. Does anyone have any experience with Singapore Police Clearance?

check last two pages 'notes' section sometimes that gives you clue like 'medical cancelled and requested again' or 'nothing started yet' kind of statements

In notes message like this:
CSCD not entered as missing the original IMM1017; only the E-Medical notification was submitted. - which is in 1st and 2nd both GCMS..
