basic requirements like food,cloth,shelter etc...basically this undertaking means a sponsored person will not need to apply for social assistance..husband/wife who is sponsoring, they must attach this undertaking form with spousal application.

When the strike was going on..I composed a long-ass letter to the Immigration Minister...and then I realized they know well that the system is messed up and are clearly OK with it.

Have to say though, the Treasury Board President (Tony Clement) responded within seconds to a msg I sent on Twitter.....and not positively..loll
