counterfoil means VISA sticker......on page no 3 and 4,counterfoil for u---it shud be yes and on page 5 counterfoil for ur sponser shud be no...
undertaking length means sponsor have to provide the basic requirements to sponsored person for 36 months

Has any one any idea that my sister sponsored us UNDER PARRENTS AND GRAND PARRENTS "including 3 dependent childern" in 2010 from Mississuage CPC, In August we were asked to fill variuous forms and were asked to submit police report, birth certificate and personal history etc within 3 monts. we filed all these to Mississauga CPC in early October 2013 and the Canadian Post receipt print out shows that the case was received.

NOW HAS ANY ONE ANY IDEA THAT HOW LONG MISSISSAUGA CPC TAKES TO FURTHER TAKE UP OUR CASE AND WHAT COULD BE THE NEXT STEPS?

hammad i dont think anyone is replying to your message as mostly no one knows the answer, this being the thread for spousal sponsorship.

I suggest you either find a specific thread for other family members or dependents or check up the proceesing time at the cic website.

My wife missed calls from CIC after file status changed to IN PROCESS. They haven't called back yet. Has anyone missed a call from CIC after your file's status changed to IN PROCESS? and how long did it take them to call you back?
