ya I guess we 2 only left looks like everyone else has applied for notes......but im positive we will hear good news pretty soon.....the rate they are goin check the ss got some 90+ dm's/ip.........dec thak most files shld be done and those who have interviews shld get their dates....and hopefully all 2012 cleared !!

btw when are your medicals expiring?

Ye righttt this year shuld be clearr backlog for everyone who are waiting long so far...it would b good idea to check gcms to picture it whats going with our files. My medical expires nov 3 something like that. I know its so sooner man.

Thought everyone would like a summary of today. It was really AMAZING!

5 DMs, 6 IPs, 2 PP returned today

Decision made: YogMys, Id-2013, 08jas11, Eliminator24, Simranaulakh16

In process: nn1707, Caracol, torontosam, lotus saini, inceptionInd, shilsak

Passports returned with shiny visa: amarbir, solomax

Oh yes... We can't forget:
App recd: LM86.... Lol! and an indeterminate number of others.

Myrah and the rest do a good job, labelling dates, adding colours and such but I am not sure about the dates and all so I just did it like this.

Anyone else needs to be included that I might have missed?

myrah my husband has travelled to Saudi, and he works in Kuwait at present, you think it takes long to get visa if there is travel history?

whats your timeline? it really depends dear.......some with travel history got visa's early and some still waiting.....I guess dealing with ndvo is all luck frankly .......

Your MP can only send enquiry every 3 months. So now that my MP's office gave me such useful and great info today...i can only ask them after 3 months....(god forbid)..i hope i never have to call them again.

Just get GCMS

Hmm i did mp last month sept 2nd week so its been 1 month and half. But do you think they would help with medical expires soon?

I don't think there is any days written anywhr....but yea ndvo asks for pp very early in the stage.........

No change in status....i think it will be another week or 2 before i see any e-cas update..as my PP was received on June 3rd.
I am not going by Application File date.

@ myrah...trust me they just go by the book.In the book it says 11 months....thats it. Their Braincells dont work beyond this information.

I wonder where these guys have burried my wife's file. Her passport was received just when they went on strike.
Curious to see what my notes will say next week.

It is sad, like Myrah said. The Canadian government only looks out for itself and doesn't care about the immigrants. We saw what happened with the strike. And we are still seeing it with the 2012 applicants who have been waiting for more than the 11 months. And the MPs form branches of this so-called govt, so what can you really expect? They want you to order GCMS notes so they can put that money in their pockets.

But it is the most worthwhile option for now. Otherwise, patience is virtue. You will get that DM sooner or later. Have faith!

Yess today was the best best day for lots of ppl with good newss...glad to hear that from them. I hope today tuesday will be best day like yest. God bless us all!

lets add sunday to this list...........that will make it double well we have got 90+ dm/ip in the last 2 months.........which is awesome news..........some 70 ppl still left from jan -april........and 7 have got indication of interview (which all will pass with flying colors god bless them) some 25 applicant is 2012 still left...........and 4-5 applicant still waiting for ppr..............

Hi, about your question, yes it might since the Visa office has to do many more background checks. The police clearance is not enough. So, I am sure it will take longer, but don't worry. Your husband will also get the DM sooner or later.

If you have received your Passport Request then I suggest you send it right away so you're in queue....just make sure the following 3 points are addressed:
•Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.
• Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.
• Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you and your accompanying family members. The picture in the passport for a child under 6 years of age must have been taken within the last 3 years. The picture in the passport for a child between the ages of 7 and 18 must have been taken within the last 5 years.

great wish u all the best.......stage one will take u approx. a month for file to get transferred to new delhi and another month (average ppr) to get the ppr.......so u can expect the ppr in dec if u apply next week .......good luck
