I sent her a copy of my second notes. I don't think we missed it because the notes correctly mentions her email address except for one place and since all the correspondences goes to her and not to me, my email is not mentioned anywhere in the application form. Just to be sure, I had asked (when I received my first notes) to check her email folders, spam, trash, her pant pockets, attic, basement, neighbor's house, outhouse, servant maid house, car garage and I did the same. Her response was 'wait till NDVO asks you'. Can't wait for her second answer now that I have sent her a copy of 'notes'. Maybe NDVO should spare me the headache and create a passport for me and send it with shiny visa.

You should have put your email address on the application form so you could keep checking on yours..but its okay atleast you spoke to laywer and ndvo supposed to mail you a letter for prr so i assumed that you got to wait for that...or you will get surprise with good news from ndvo. All the best buddy!

Folks,

personally in my opinion, requesting a GCMS and doing an MP enquiry helps.

I applied for GCMS september 2 and september 5 it went to in-process. Might be a coincidence but still I believe it helped.
I am not asking anyone to go under an assumption. Just telling my experiences.

Congrats buddy..... same thing happened to me after requesting for Noted after 2/3 days it went into "In-Process" now waiting for DM

I have done both these things, but it hasn't helped. I have just applied for my 2nd round of notes on the 15th of this month.

Let's see what happens! If being like this shows urgency to the officer, then I am really urgent!

Looks like our files have been forwarded to some Black hole. Our eligibility stauts is Recommended passed, interview waiver recommended for last one month. Still no action, no updates. For me medical status was added last month.
Any other updates for you guys !!!!

I am really upset with this process. Can I ask all of you if you guys plan to order notes again? I am just confused if I should order notes again today or should I wait?
