my heart was beating faster when I saw my second 'notes' has been emailed...sure it is a great way of doing my cardio exercise instead of going to gym...I lost half of hair on my scalp when I tried to figure out first 'notes' (monkeys pull their hairs out much slower than I did) and now the second one is here, more hair is also on the verge of disappearing...here is what I found in my incoming section

so does this mean they sent an email to my lawyer asking for passport but we never sent them one? or they have not started the process so they haven't asked one

this was page 15 as for outgoing correspondence there were two entries, both were for Acknowledgment of receipt and both of them were identical

the only difference I see between first notes and second notes are NDVO received more documents from CIC last month (application forms; financial forms)

OMG (I have to use this) I found out that I don't belong to any organized crime..phew!! what a relief...

I have asked my lawyer to interpret the notes for me..I am sure she thought she got rid of me by encouraging me to go back to India but I am back with more questions...

worse than an old car .... atleast it takes a crank to jump start an old car. 'Not yet started' must be the mantra in New Delhi visa office. Before they start their work, all visa officers have to say 'not yet started' 10 times and write 10 times on the blackboard. It is annoying. What does it take to send me a request for passport? you can't bribe them or harass them.

Thats weird for no ppr yet. You should show to your laywer abt this gcms. That might be helpful for you. Mayb you missed it.

I sent her a copy of my second notes. I don't think we missed it because the notes correctly mentions her email address except for one place and since all the correspondences goes to her and not to me, my email is not mentioned anywhere in the application form. Just to be sure, I had asked (when I received my first notes) to check her email folders, spam, trash, her pant pockets, attic, basement, neighbor's house, outhouse, servant maid house, car garage and I did the same. Her response was 'wait till NDVO asks you'. Can't wait for her second answer now that I have sent her a copy of 'notes'. Maybe NDVO should spare me the headache and create a passport for me and send it with shiny visa.
