N u will see ur PPR date under Correspondence section n not Under Incomong Section .

yes as far as i know it is compulsory to sign the consent form. If you haven't u should be getting an email soon asking for the consent form. Its better u sign it and email it.

U know what jagsan , if u have already emailed them , then sign ur consent form n email them stating u had missed to attach the Consent form .
