I dont think they will transfer. I was reading Singapore and Jamaica forum from last year and even they had RC 9570. I think it is just the code that they use

Find MP in your area in Canada. Then go to their office. Then they ask you to complete IMM5475e (not sure the code). Then bring it home. Then sign there by both of u. Give the form back to the MP. Then DONE

yes as far as i know it is compulsory to sign the consent form. If you haven't u should be getting an email soon asking for the consent form. Its better u sign it and email it.
