Thanks! We managed to have a 3 hours skype today and also sharing a glass of wine to celebrate our anniversary in a virtual way!!!

And reading your last post about the answer of your MP, if what he said is true and if NDVO is scheduling interview in queue according to application date... We will get ready for an interview soon!!!
Best of luck for your interview. I think they have same plan for me too. same timeline, same process :-X

Eligibility says Recommended Passed and Medicals states passed too.

Sanju : I have the same status since September 25th. Eligibility : Recommended passed, medical passed, sent to officer for review.

When was your file reviewed last time and sent to officer ? What does it say under note 1 and is your fie assigned to RC-9570 too ? You can find this information under eligibility.

All this medical expiring business is bullcrap if you frankly ask me.

The procedure that NDVO used to follow couple of years go was brilliant and was in-line with with other visa offices.
Everything was sequential.

Processing and eligibility occurs first.
Then comes medical request.
Then comes passport stamping process.

Now NDVO is showing the true Indian mentality, no process, no order and nothing but confusion.

NDVO's grand plan is for Indians who have settled in Canada is to get the feeling of 'never left India' so they want the confusion to continue. Canadian High Commissions in other countries are much saner and logical than NDVO I guess. It is the game that NDVO plays and we are forced to participate whether we like it or not. The frustration part is there is no way to complain to NDVO about this insane process. People who have received their visas and settled in Canada could send in their complaints to NDVO since those who are waiting for their visas would fear the backlash.

If there is a company called 'NDVO' and they issue stocks and my money is based on speculating why they are doing as to what they are doing, I would be in 'gazillionaires club', sitting next to Bill Gates and drinking whatever he is drinking

lol... If they ever issue stocks they will falsely declare bankruptcy .. :P :P :P :P NDVO should be 'New Donkey's Visa Officers' :D :D

I did MP enquiry only because i had hope i would get good news soon. I have not applied for GCMS notes yet. I think they are making us march on the same day to Delhi

Photocopy of the GCMS notes and highlight the area where it says they have sent an email requesting PPR. Also attach a letter explaining everything and believe it should be fine. Don't wait for them to ask for Passport as it will be just a waste of time.

Do i need to send all pages of GCMS with highlighting the PPR part or only those pages which show them ..

Thanks

I would say send all but keep the one that has Passport request info on the top. Don't forget to type a long letter explaining everything!!

Have no idea what are they doing ? Mississauga might be helping NDVO in clearing backlog ? God knows or NDVO knows.

Read somewhere in this forum that RC 9570 is code for Mississauga.

RC-9570 (Mississauga)
RC-9515 (Ottawa?)
RC-6023 (medical office in London?)
RC-6075 (Moscow?)
