My wife e-case changed to in process today morning, they started processing application on Oct 15th.

Hi,
Whenever i try to check my status on ecas by entering my UCI number, i get an answer saying "We were not able to identify you using the information you provided" although i am entering the correct details. But i can see my status using my sponser's (husband) UCI which is coming as "Application Received". Is anyone facing the same problem as me?? and does that mean NDVO has not started working on my application hence it is not updating on ecas??
