when they requested divorce petition in aug. i sent next day and they recvd too

after that i think they did not open my file

hey u didn't send them the divorce 3 forms?......I guess once they req documents...your file goes bk to the bottom....that's whats happened with most of the ppl's application....but I guess they shld open your file or maybe they already have...u shld hear good news

dealing with NDVO makes you frustrated and despair but there has been a case in this forum where he saw 'nothing started yet' in his notes and a month later 'in process' and then 'DM' within few weeks...even NDVO does not know how they work....I get the feeling that they wait for six months to get background checks and other things completed and then assign some officer..I guess if someone has extensive stay out of India then it is set aside..but then I may be wrong people who applied in 2012 with a straight forward case (no travels outside India) are waiting forever to hear something from NDVO

myrah i sent them all divorce papers in aug. according to the notes they recvd them too in aug. but after that nothing. even background and security not started yet

i miss my wife everysecond. we r in second year now. because she was divorced and after completing her five years after divorce we applied in march after months wait. we were married in aug 2012.
we sometimes feel sooo depressed . last night we had fight.
so sad.
and on the top these people ask everyday when r u going. cic is ruining our life and relationship
sometimes i regret that my wife is from canada

I can really imagine how awful it is.......don't loose hope im sure u will hear something positive very soon since u already submitted all documents now.....don't know if u have done mp ...if not pls do so....some 50+ ppl still waiting since jan....I hope all pending cases hear something very soon.....ndvo has to work faster man its already mid October .........pls ignore ppl I know its not easy anyways ppl only talk they don't understand a shit ........

I got a call from CHC on 14th October, and the officer asked me if can travel to Canada before 9th November as my medical is expiring on that day. And today I see DM on my status.

My status says a decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision. Does everyone who gets DM gets this status?

Btw congratulations to everyone who got DM and good luck to all .
