@ RDDelhi....yes you got me right! Will we get back our old passports later? I want to have them back . So is it ok to send the passport after getting all the pcc? Because I was of the opinion that they start processing your file once they receive your passport. Or do they just keep it in Thier office till they are done with all the applicants before me? Should I jus send the passports and letter explaining why I am unable to submit pcc at this point of time?

no i think u can wait till u get ur pcc's back. And yes they do return all ur passports back.

i dun think they need ur passport to start the process. Well it may delay it a bit coz of pcc's maybe. I am saying this coz on this forum many missed the PPR for one or the other reason. And NDVO asked for the passport in the final,stage of the process -- so i guess it shud b ok if u send ur passport with ur pcc's.. They gonna need your pcc's more thn ur passports during the process. I hope u get ur pcc's asap. Good luck

Congrates... I applied on April/10th. Excited to see progress is happening.
Which area in india is your spouse from.

My e-case status finally changed to 'In Process' yesterday.

In Process: 10 Oct 2013

They started processing my application on Oct 7, 2013

Your spouse or you can or order...... You need to pay $5 fee with a credit card.. And you have to fill out the form online......You can decide if you like the notes sent to you by email or paper / cd form.
