. So is it ok to send the passport after getting all the pcc? Because I was of the opinion that they start processing your file once they receive your passport. Or do they just keep it in Thier office till they are done with all the applicants before me? Should I jus send the passports and letter explaining why I am unable to submit pcc at this point of time?
