My application reached CIC office on 20 June 2013 . Recieved by Dexter .

I have not recieved any e-mail notifying anything , neither of acceptance nor rejection . what should i do ?

Cap for 2147 is on 290 right now . Do they send emails to candidates as they accept it or send it some days later ?
