Dear Frineds,

I would like to share some good information that I just received today.

Until yesterday my e-cas was Medical Received
Today my wife received her shiny VISA and then I cheked my e-cas, it says they started processing on Sept 18 and today we received the PP with the VISA and e-cas was updated

I received my GCMS notes 10 days ago and in the notes there were no comments made by VO in Canada. The only note that they made was the biodata was missing from the back of 1 photo. Security criminality etc was not started. Just Medical was passed and today we have received the PP back

I hope this provides enough positive energy and hopes in the forum that NDVO is really working.

so chilll...dont worry....i think we should be happy that NDVO is back in action! fingers crossed..and lets hope all us get our DMs within next few days.....Amen!!

Yeah Zormas i am also hoping the same....but i am afraid my ecas is only application recvd not even medical recvd..!!

Hi Guys,

Congrats James.007. I have a couple of quick questions, When i check application status online, on the top right it says my wife's mailing address as the address as the address of my immigration consultant's office in Surrey, BC(who filed the application) and not her address in India. Is that OK? i wonder, Please let me know, if i should change the address to her residential address in India.

2nd question - I was about to file the atip request and it says at the bottom "*Select the category that best describes you. " and then you have 5 choices. Academia, Business, Media, Organization, Member of public. According to the videos posted about how to file atip, it selects Academia. Am i suppose to select Academia or should i be Member of public?

Please let me know.

My doubt is, how can she is send the already sent documents. I have already sent the fees receipt ($1040) and PCC along with the application. Please help

In order to expedite the processing of your application, we are requesting that you provide the
following as soon as possible:
• Payment of your Right of Permanent Resident Fee (landing fee) to our office in Mississauga by your sponsor in Canada, if not already paid.
• Submission of police clearance certificates for time spent in any country for a period of 6 months or more, if not already submitted.
• Submission of original passport along with any old expired passports for you and your accompanying family members. The picture in the passport for a child under 6 years of age must have been taken within the last 3 years. The picture in the passport for a child between the ages of 7 and 18 must have been taken within the last 5 years.

hello congrats for ppr............don't worry its a generic mail by ndvo to everyone..........just send all your pp's ...if u already paid fee pcc and medical then just attach a covering letter statin u have send all with the application ....and attach the copy of medical pcc and fee receipt with the covering letter.........and most impt don't forget to tke print out of the ppr form they have sent u..........all the best

Application Recieved - March 5, 2013
Decision Made (Canadian husband's request approved for sponsorship) - April 2, 2013
Passport Request (Wife in India's passport request etc) - April 22, 2013
Passport sent (May 12, 2013), according to tracking number, the passport arrived at Canadian High Commission in Delhi on May 14, 2013

URGENT INFO Reqd

Hello Members,

My wife is in Pune, India and she has got Passport Request a couple of days back.
She went to speedpost office in pune to send her passport to NDVO but they denied her service saying that they DO NOT send passports over speed post!

Members, Please let me know what are the alternatives by which she can send her passport.
Courier? By Post( i dont like this method as it is not safe and we might end up losing passport)?

please advise.

You don't have to do it again if you have already paid and sent them. They have mentioned in the letter clearly (If not ...) ....This is the standard email everybody gets for PPR.

Congrates First..
This is just the standard wording on the Form.. If you have sent the Recepits with the file that is fine.
All you need to do is send the passport or any other passport including expired ones .. along with the copy of this letter.

Try Blue dart or other reputed courier company..most people uses them to send their passport to ND.
