Dear Frineds,

I would like to share some good information that I just received today.

Until yesterday my e-cas was Medical Received
Today my wife received her shiny VISA and then I cheked my e-cas, it says they started processing on Sept 18 and today we received the PP with the VISA and e-cas was updated

I received my GCMS notes 10 days ago and in the notes there were no comments made by VO in Canada. The only note that they made was the biodata was missing from the back of 1 photo. Security criminality etc was not started. Just Medical was passed and today we have received the PP back

I hope this provides enough positive energy and hopes in the forum that NDVO is really working.

I have been a silent audience in this form for few months. I am a Feb applicant - Applied for my wife.

Timeline:

Feb 22 - app recieved
April - AOR and sent to Delhi
April 20th - PP request
April 26th - PP received by NVDo
Aug 21 - ecas status changed to "In Process"

Just wanted to know, as there are quite a few people with " IN PROCESS" as the status, if your marriage is a recent marriage as i was married in Jan and applied in Feb. maybe NVDO cos of rule changes from last Aug they are talking a bit more time for People like us to process the Visa.

Congrats to all the people who got DM's and status changes ...

so chilll...dont worry....i think we should be happy that NDVO is back in action! fingers crossed..and lets hope all us get our DMs within next few days.....Amen!!

Hey guys,
No good news yet, but i have a question. Help desk representative from VFS Kathmandu, Nepal said NDVO sends you a form. You need to bring that here. Then only we will be authorised to bring your passport to Kathmandu. Does it work that way? If yes, What is form nember like IMM0000 IMM2323? Any idea about that? I am wondering the cause can be this because i had paid to DTDC for two way passport correspondence. Any idea?

So from this i guess we come to the conclusion that neither NDVO, e-cas or GCMS notes are reliable!!!

Just gotto twiddle our tumbs and wait till we get that shiny visa in hand!

I so agree with you, its really sad thta the information were being provided is not 100% accurate.. But i guess that's life.

I really appreciate for all the good work done and spreading so much positivity in the forum.

@ DVA: This is exactly what I was thinking. nothing can be predicted. e-cas, GCMS they are just there to provide some summary but you never know that what is actually happening in the background.
May be GCMS, they can be useful but by the time we receive, there might be some changes

@ SN0206: Please see the spread sheet for my timeline details. I will update my side timeline later

Never give up my friends. This is just the beginning and very soon there will be a flood of VISAs

Sorry Buddy, I have no idea. While you were on the Phone did you ask what form is it, the number or the name ? Or Check your mail/email to see if they sent you anything.
