This again proves that Ecas is not reliable without processing ur file they wouldn't have called ur wife.hopefully they were satisfied with the answers ur wife gave and ur interview is waived.

I dont know about that and how she answered the questions, but we will see .. generally do they ask for passports if the interview is waived ? or that doesnt matter

u reckon?

Yup for sure :) all of us don't even know if we get interview or not at least she got a cal n seems all ok for them even the slightest doubt. Normally happens is divorce cases but frankly I don't believe it. It's again luck n how well u prepare file. Soon u will get visa maybe this week who knows :)

in most of the cases ndvo asks to submit passport at very early stage so ppr doesn't mean that they are about to issue visa.you can check most of the Jan to may applicants have summited their passport.submitting of passport does not mean ur interview is waived

lol, yeah lets hope she doesnt get an interview but lets see like you said its very unpredictable and we dont have the slighest of idea as to what's going on with our files, it's upto God now .. btw I am going to India in November as our one year anniversary is in November so I am not too sad even if she doesn't get it.

If u haven't booked ur ticket then u should wait if by any chance ur wife gets called for interview it would be better if u attend the interview together.

It is not compulsory for the sponsor to be present at the interview but its better.you can go through the interview thread on this forum and read about the people who got interview.

well its not bad in vancouver. it was quite rainny last night. but its kind of chilly with 19 degrees. and yes weather in canada is un predictable. remeber 3Ws.

I'm in Surrey and it was pretty hot last week and the on sunday it was foggy in the morning and then rain in the evening !!! But this fall weather is so lovely, favourite season of the year. Espaecially, the view from my street, there are so many trees and the changing colors make it look so beautiful, just like in the movies.........lol

Goldenstar are you in actual vancouver or in a suburb? Congrats on the visa !!!

I don't think so that you need to inform them about job change until unless you used your previous company address in immigration papers..........

yes i did use my old employer information. Since in their AOR they said that we should inform cic for any changes, i am little concerned.
