If the status changes to "In Process", does that mean they can still call him for an interview?

yes, but it only happens rare and in the complicated cases.....if u have normal straight forward case and u have provided complete documents and enough proofs... thn relax...chances are negligible to get the interview...

today is a calm day.. just one good news... only one person got his / her passport back with VISA stamped in it. It looks like no one got Decision made today...

it is more or less straightforward case...the only thing is it was "jhat mangni pat byah" kind of thing...don't know if that is good or bad when it comes to immigration
