He is parents/dependent case where he was going to miss his semester and ND had requested passports after knowing that it will be done in last stage - but still his risk paid off

Yes I do have a job and pay stubs. Do i have to get a consolidated letter from the company as to my salary till date??? If not, should the pay stubs be photocopied and notarized??

Hi sreeram, in your case, you can not get Option 'C' and neither NOA (Notice Of Assessment). So you do not need to submit this for your case. But provide your explanation for not sending Option 'C' on a seperate sheet of paper as mentioned in CheckList (IMM 5491 form - item# 17). Also as per item# 19 in the checklist, send your pay-stubs since start of your job.
I suggest you to complete your documentation ASAP and file your application. As per CIC site, it says around 1 month for step 1 which is sponsorship approval that is done in Canada and then file gets transfered to India and in India, the processing time is 11 months as per cic site. But most of the cases doesn't take 11 months in India. As per my observation most of the cases wil be done in 5 to 8 months of time. Good luck to you.

No u do not need pay consolidation letter and no need to notarized...it is not asked anywhere...u can use the paystub photocopies....but make sure u get the original job letter confirming your job with the company as stated in the document checklist.. Rest follow as advised by Gupta 417..cheers
