Same here saniali :-*.....i had many dreams abt my marriage life in my hometown but those dreams will be fulfilled in Canada ....n even nw friends n family members make fun of me :'(....you know I rejected my hubby's marriage proposal twice because he is staying abroad but my hubby was determined to have me as his life partner.....I accepted him on my birthday (I guess DESTINY wanted us to be together for life) :-*.. nw im very happy I found my Mr Right but nw I ve to wait to join him....Punishment for rejecting him twice.....

This will provide all the necessary details as on how to immigrate and check if he is eligible.

He need to do some homework. But all the details can be found from these links that I have provided.
I think there should be no problem in applying, but the rules and requirements might be slightly different as this deals with public health and safety and Canada is very much concerned about public health and safety. This is why we have to go through our medical test so that they are assured that the new comers are not risk to Canada health and safety

sorry to hear that..I am also living out of my savings with no job and I don't have talent to sing 'mere sapno ki rani' songs at the subways in Toronto...lol...sometimes I wonder at the exchange rate that Canadian dollar or U.S. dollar is now, is it worth staying here....maybe some day, I could produce a movie of my relationship story and have Amir khan and Vidya Balan act in the movie..lol

Things will get better..all you need is change of status in ecas or your shining visa...hang in there till then
