SERIOUSLY - thats what all of us doing i guess. Hehe

the thing is that we are just 10% ppl here waiting for visa's in this forum...the rest 90% are either seeing this forum but not commenting or don't even know abt these forums......so even if they are issuing visa's we wldnt know....and nothing is in our hands...our date is already decided ...we just have to wait and see when each of us get it now.....just have to be positive that each passing day one of us get lucky ...

After reading all ur posts...I am feeling positive nw.....hv a feeling tht instead of wasting our time on listening to shit abt our motherland n realizing actually hw poor we are...LOL ...I should rather start packin my bags n get ready cz we never knw when v'll hv our visas' in our hands n fly nxt day itself

Hi

I sent my spouse case documents on 13th Aug 2013. And by Canada post tracking system they received on 15th Aug 2013 to CPC. Now will you please tell me in how many days they let me know about the sponsorship eligibility (STEP 1) . And in how many days i got my visa done.

Step 1 is 30 days n step 2 is 11months
Your whole process can be done bet 4 to12 months depending on case to case...rt now coz of strike many ppl from 2012 still waiting.... Welcome to the waiting game!!

Where we can find on CIC website that canadian PR can not stay outside Canada ( with their spouse ) for more than 3-4 weeks...i didn't find it.....can someone help me plzzzzz

Canadian citizen can stay with his/her spouse more than 2 months want dear.My wife was with me for more than 3 months it doesn't mean that my file got affected.Rest better if u can ask a lawyer

Hey fingerscrossed88......Hahahahaha..it depends on individual requirements n preferences.....yaaaa to start with I collected all my official documents required for me to work there (as i prefer to be a working women) n winter cloths n basic requirements fr a women to start a new family there which is not available in canada....n list goes on........

lol...well done a lot of shopping here so packed that plus all my winter clothes with other clothes/shoes/bags...last min will pack the final bag....so its pretty simple....u just have to tk out stuff and pack it and not look at it !!

My husband just got decision made on his application

The e-cas status shows the following -

We received your application for permanent residence on February 1, 2013.

We started processing your application on August 19, 2013.

Medical results have been received.

A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.


I checked the status on August 19 too...but at that point it just said Application received and Medical results have been received.

I can't explain how happy I am. Have faith guys...everyone is eventually going to get DM!!!!
I know the wait is killing you...But be positive and hang in there for just a little bit longer..

Anywayz, I never applied for GCSM notes or did a MP enquiry. I am a Sikh and my husband is Hindu..So It is inter-caste
but there was no interview. So I don't think that having an inter-caste marriage is a red flag for the VOs.
Also, we did attach photos and phone bills..but not a lot of them..But we were in a relationship of 8 years before we got married..
it was long distance though since I was in Canada studying..and he was in India..I am so glad the wait is finally over for us
