my medical has done on October 2012 and sent medical results and passport, and my status now "MEDICAL RESULTS HAS BEEN RECEIVED".............. but still there is no change in the status. its almost 7 months. let me know why its delaying.

Dear Friends I applied for my (family) PR on 2011 December

application received on 11 Dec 2011 by CIC office
started process on 30 may 2012 (it delayed because of my wife got pregnant so i extended)
i done medical (family) and sent results and documents (passport) on October 2012 and they updated online on November 2012 "MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED" still i am waiting. its almost 8 months.( Status is "IN PROCESS")

(i'm in Kuwait now, and my wife was in Kuwait. now she is in India)

please let me know anybody received the passport with visa on these days

Hey Friends.... After a long wait of 10 months, alot of irritation and frustration finally i got DM on Ecas. I got a call from VO on 21st asking if i am able to fly canada before 31st Jul 2013 as my medical will expire on 31st next month.

Hi All,

I got married in Feb 2013 and now m filling forms myself to apply for my wife sponsorship from INDIA-Delhi. I have the following concerns-:

1) Which documents photocopies needs to be notarized from my side and my wife's side? Please mention in brief. because someone told me that i need to get all my spouse passport pages notarized irrespective they are black or not.
2) How many Pre/post wedding photographs, wedding ceremonies photos and Honeymoon visit pics are sufficient enough?

IT IS NOT SPECIFY AN AMOUNT OF PICTURES NECESSARY TO PROVE THAT YOUR MARRIAGE IS GENUINE. ATTACH MORE PICTURES WITH DIFFERENT TIME (LIKE SKYPE SNAP SHOT WITH PICTURE OF BOTH OF YOU WITH LAPTOP OR COMPUTER TIMING ON IT AND DURATION OF CHAT. RELATION SHOULD BE CONTINUE TO REALISED THEM THAT THIS IS TRUE RELATION..
3) IMM 5409 - I have no common law partner, so do i still need to include this form with NA or just exclude it completely.

YES...IT IS NO APPLICABLE TO YOU.. YOU ARE NOT COMMON COMMON LAW PARTNER. YOU ARE UNDER SPOUSE CATEGORY....


4) IMM 008DEP - Is this form required to fill with NA and attach with the file or can I exclude it from my file?

I GUESS THIS IS FOR THOSE YOU HAVE DEPENDENT WITH PRINCIPAL APPLICANT. IF YOU DONT HAVE DEPENDENT THEN YOU ARE NOT REQUIRED SUBMIT IT. IF NOT EXCLUDE IT.
5) IMM 5406 - Is SECTION A has to be filled in Native language also (HINDI) with English as well?

IF YOU ARE SPEAKING HINDI IN YOUR HOME THEN PUT HINDI SCRIPT ON IT..

6) IMM 5540 - I got my PR through SINP from INDIA itself and landed in Canada as landed immigrant, So what to fill in Question 10 "What type of Sponsorship"
6) IMM1344E - Is it necessary to fill this form online to get the bar-code if yes then I don't have any co signer so I have to leave this questions and put NA. While doing this its not allowing me to validate it (saying me to enter details for co signer). So can I manually fill it and put NA?

GO TO PDF FILE (1344E) AND SEE TO POINT 3 AND IF YOU DONT HAVE CO SIGNER TRICK 'NO'... IF YOU DO THAT DETAIL BELOW WILL AUTOMATICALLY DELETED(ONE SECTION IN PAGE 3)...
