Hello Friends,

I didn't get a chance to check E-cas in over a week and today when I checked it shows... DECISION MADE!!!! It doesn't say what the decision is i.e. whether it is a positive or a negative one! All it says is that the office will get in touch regarding this decision!

The address in E-cas hasn't changed to the Canadian address either. Haven't received any communication from CHC as yet. Don't know what to expect! I hope the decision is a positive one!!!

Hoping for the best for one and all here!

Cheers,
LunarNymph
Hi LunarNymph,
Did your application status changed directly from "Application Received" to "Decision made" or from "In Process" to "Decission made"? If it was from "In Process", then when did your application status changed to "In Process"?
Gud Luck to you.

hi lunarlymph

i also have a same situation
i also saw decision made today
it was in process for 3 days
but the address hasnt changed

can any1 pls suggest us something

The whole change of status mystery seems like an error because I remember when I had my own immigration in process from 2010 - 2012 , sometime in 2011 my E cas changed to decision made and it stayed like that for the entire year. I was really scared for first few days because I got DM before I even received my medicals which usually is not a very good sign. But then I saw lot of other ppl in the same boat and then I realised that it was an error on their part

But who knows I could be wrong and u guys could have got the visa and it could be the time to meet ur loved ones :)

Lets hope for the best
God bless everyone !!

I'm in the same boat as you guys - sponsorship approved on Feb 13th and still waiting for the PPR. I know how it feels, at least from the forum it appears that the majority of applicants who got their file transferred in Feb, Mar and Apr have already got the PPR.

Its hard, been hard for us. My wife who I am sponsoring is in India along with our 3 children, and its been very tough to be apart. But, we're keeping the faith and hanging on. Hopefully as someone mentioned before, perhaps the stamping will come quickly for us after the PPR. :-)

I submitted a online query to NDVO which I'm not very hopeful of receiving a reply. I thought by May-end if we still don't get the PPR, I will send the GCMS notes.

Best wishes and prayers to all to be reunited with their families soon.

I got my SA on 17th april and m still waiting for PPR and I have a feeling that my wife may end up waitingfor little longer for PPR aswell. But I will strongly suggest all of you guys to order GCMS notes as I have already ordered one. It takes 30 days and it doesnt effect ur processing atall and instead of sending NDVO email which is not at all helpfull, go for GCMS notes so that u have a clear picture in ur mind to whats gng with ur file.
I remember my own immigration was on process and I had done this mistake of ordering the notes at a very last stage i had realised that mistake that I did because it is so helpful and tells u exactly whats gng on with ur file.

just a sugestion :0

hope that helps !!!

hey i applied for my wife ( spouse visa) i submitted the application on jan11,2013 and jan27, 2013 file came to india now everything is done, march 12, 2013 we sent them the passport we havent heard anything back from them just wants to know how long it will take before she gets the decision? thanks

PLEASE REPLY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

to sukhman

It all depends please follow this thread
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/new-delhi-2012-applicants-t109821.16830.html

its for the people who applied in 2012 and just look at their timeline it will kinda help u to know about ur processing time

What is GCMS note and how to order for it ?

You can order GCMS notes online. Follow this link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

it just costs 5$ and believe me it tells u evrything about your file. I think instead of wasting time in emailing NDVO, order GCMS notes and move on with ur lifes. Lot of people fear that it affects the processing time of the file but it absolutely has no effect on the processing time. It is nothing but the print out of the electronic version of your file. And most often VO leave the comments aswell so u can actually see what's going on in their mind

Hello Friends,

Thanks for all your positive vibes and encouraging words! This makes the wait for the PP back more bearable! ;D

I hope that all of us hear good news in the upcoming week for our next stage in the process...be it SA, PPR, DM or PRV!!! :)

Cheers,
LunarNymph

Thanks TLSD!
Will definitely start packing the bags once I get the PP with the visa in my hands. Don't want to jump the gun yet! ;)
