@saidpuria,
My suggestion to you is that when you send the passport(s) to NDVO include a cover letter, which states that the original PCC and landing fee docs were already submitted to Mississauga office.

Hope this helps!

Dear Friends,

I request to all the new applicants of the Spouse Visa Category of this Year (2013) to join this Forum and let us exchange our views and experience to help each other inorder to get the SPEEDY PROCESS for our PR Applications !!!!!

Hi,

My wife is citizen of canada and she applied for my PR after 2 years of marriage where she stayed with me in India.
I received email from Embassy to offer passport on 2nd march 2013. The same were sent by me on 6th March by secured courier and received by office on 7th March, 2013.

I want to know how much more time will it take? there is no updation on cic.gc.ca - after Medical report received.

Can anybody reply to me in detail

Shalish

I think she shud go for new pcc as if she already have it in file NDVO wud never ask for it...

i agree with Buds.. The email sent by them is a std mail that's sent to any applicant. If it were to be applicant specific, then they would mention the reason for having not accepting the PCC sent along with the application package.
Hope this helps

PCC expires if u dnt submit within 3 months after whn its issued... If they have asked there must be some reason but in the end its up to the person what he/she wants to do... submit it or not... I dnt think they ask u to submit stuffs without reason...

Re: NEW DELHI - 2013 APPLICANTS. Urgent...very urgent

Hi Experts,

I have submitted my PR application on24th Feb, 2013. It was received on 26th Feb. But till now
1. My credit card has not been charged.
2. My application has not been returned to me

Can anyone tell me what I can do in order to know what has happened to my application?

thanks experts

first thing is police certificates were issued from uk and australia(where i spent around a year) in last days of jan. and we filled and sent the application to cic mississuaga on 7th march. i mean when we applied, pccs were 1 month old. and according to cic, they require 3 months older. so do you think that point is ok.

and the other thing is if they ask me about new pcc, they should ask in request that your old pccs are expired, send us new ones. but they just wrote send police clearances if not submitted already, and same for landing fee,
thanks for your feedbacks.

So if PCC were not more than 90 days old...u r good...u dont need to do PCC again...I have got the same E-mail...that if u have not already submitted PCC please do now..

So I did not send a new one...just sent them a copy of each///U definitely dont need to send new ones....

i think the letter from CIC says that if you have not submitted the PCC, do it now
But if you have already submitted the PCCs, you don't have to do it again.

This week was a quiet week. Not many people received the PPR request from NDVO.
Let's hope that the coming week may bring some good news for all of us
