someone from 2012 also went thru the same thing but she sent it with the copy of the notes.....anyways u will get another ppr but later and yr file might get delayed coz of that....

Yes but don't know when they are going to send 2nd PPR. Also as NDVO is working at slowest pace we can't expect it too soon.

Only by letting them know you can tell them you have not received the PPR they originally requested in May.. Send them what you have or wait for the second request which can take 2-4 months in regular processing time after the first request

Yes, and I have received them today and came to know that PPR was sent on 25th May.

I had a similar situation but slightly different. My spouse received an email in April, which was a supposedly a ppr but there was no attached that confirmed it. So, we tried contacting the consulate but no response. Later, we ordered the GCMS notes, which confirmed that the mail sent to us was for PPR. We sent the pp with a cover letter and copy of GCMS notes.
Last week my spouse received a call as they had some confusion and wanted to clarify some date on one of the forms ( we mistakenly put a different year).

During the call my spouse asked if they have received the pp and they mentioned Yes no worry we have it with us.

End of it it is your call but I agree ..even we were tensed that whether the passport reached the right place or not.

ya I know man this sucks.... I don't know what I wld do if I was in yr place.....but I feel u shld just send your passport coz u have thr proof that u missed the ppr ....its tried and tested...

Hi everyone,

Good news! We received passport with visa by mail today. It is the best present of Eid for us from NDVO. FYI, there is no update in e-cas. Recently I requested my MP by email to check the status of our application. I am not sure whether it has played any role but I advise you to contact your MP office if nothing is happening. In our case the medical is expiring soon on Sep 8.

I wish everyone to get the passport with visa without any unnecessary delay and good luck for those who are waiting to be reunited with their spouse.

Hi brother i need a very urgent advice...have u also applied for PR and as ur medicals were expiring on 8th september did high commision gave u an option to go for a remedical as my medicals are also abt to expire... i am worried as i havent received my pp as of now. What all came along with passports..pls help

Thanks, I think it's better to act then wasting time....as waiting in this case is not going to help. As far as GCMS ; it's an official document from ATIP division of Canadian Citizenship and Immigration Deptt.

1. what to fill in designated individual Full name column in CONSENT FORM

2.my spouse is PR in Canada So do need to send any proof of that like-PR CARD etc

And one more question, After sending my passport to Delhi, I didnot notice any status change with my client ID to InProcess or anything, Do they do it or Should i have to call or email them?

Does the spousal sponsorship too gets late though all the documents and everything is clear from our end?

Please advice.
