Within Canada is an inland application kit if the sponsor and the sponsored person are here in Canada and want to apply within Canada

Medical Done Sept 2012
Application Sent to CIC Sept 2012
Application Received at CIC sept 2012
Date of AOR Received 25th nov 2012
Date of Sponsorship Approved 25th nov 2012
Date of File Transferred to New Delhi ? 25th nov 2012
Passport requested- 1st dec 2012
passport submitted- 5th dec 2012

After that we have not heard anything. I did contacted my MP and new delhi embassy replied that she will be called for interview but they don't know when as processing time has not yet completed.I am still waiting for her interview call from new delhi visa office.

neep some suggestions my sis is a canadian citizen n she had applied under family class sponorship( dependent child) in june 2009 received A.O.R in may 2012 n also recevied a letter from embassy that my file has been transferred to new delhi on 24 feb 2013. now i want to knw how much time it will take now to process my application plzz share ur exp n let me knw . . . .

I m also planning to go to canada on student visa so would thr b any bad inpact on my PR app?

Need assistance guys please helppp i m in a very big trouble plz help as soon as possible

Hi everyone, i'm 20 years old from Nepal. I applied for PR through family sponsorship since my mother is in Canada. I have sent all my documents to the Canadian High Commission in Delhi. Recently, the Canadian consulate got closed in Nepal. Therefore, i have no where else to contact them from Nepal. I have sent emails to DELHI-IMMIGRATION@international.gc.ca but I get electronic mail which does not help much.

Also, i sent my documents on November along with my passport and no response yet. Aren't they suppose to contact us once they get our passport (i'm just curious)? I already missed 2 years of my college since I thought the process won't take long. I wanted to continue with my studies in Canada. I am very very worried.

Please, if anyone has any suggestion or answers to my problem please guide me?

Sign can be in any language as per my understanding. Even in PR applications you can sign in any language. Why just english? why not punjabi?

In my opinion u really cant do anything about it. In case if the CIC asks about it,, just explain it to them that she has now changed her signature or language of signing. But I dont think they are going to match the signs or anything...
Anyways this is the first case I have seen so far with signature in Punjabi..

so just wait for other forum members to respond..and then make a decision..

AOR - 28th March
File transferred - 10th April

Lets hope the we all get stage 2 approval ASAP.
