Hi I had my interview this morning. VO said she is satisfied that my relation to my sponsor is genuine. That means I passed right? She said she will send me the remedical request. I requested her to send if today itself and she said she will try. Where is the clinic to do medicals in Delhi? I am at shanti path area just near the canada embassay. Thanks

you received remedical request it means you didn't hv an interview so enjoy this precious time you hv still long journey from IP to DM then pp...so take a chill

but according to notes they already knows that ur marriege is geniune so maybe they held an interview for just see ur face. ..so don't take tension it will b over in few months. ..

i want to change my current mailing address on cic ecas. Plz tell me whats the processior? Actualy on ecas my husband canadas address is written and some1 told me to change it to my punjab address otherwise ndvo will send my pasport to my husband in canada or they will not touch my file due to wrong mailing address... Plz rks n w2e help me wt to do...

no it doesn't mean that they send the passport in Canada. ..
in my ecas its my lawyers address shows who is in Canada so it doesn't mean that they Send my passport to him...check ur application which address shows there they Send the passport on that address from applicants side....so relax dats y they call to some people to confirm the DOB or address. ...so relax didn't do anything. ..everything gonna b alright soon

however, rks mentioned if you go to the dr you went earlier and have a receipt, you may get a discount..

for me I just go to the same hospital where I done my first medical so dats y they charge less fees.... ;D

read rks comments earlier in the day.....you can send the receipt/copy to NDVO, if you want.

Although i have read it is not necessary....

for my experience those who received 7 DAYS TIME TO DONE REMEDICAL..they just send the receipt urgently bcoz they clearly mention dat otherwise they close ur application...so why take a chance...

but those received 30 or 60 days time that's dere wish if they want to send the receipt its not harmful. ..

bcoz in my case they just give my 7 days time and according to MP enquiry they received my remedical on 23 July. ..15 days later when I done my remedical. ...

Did you check that medical reports reached the great NDVO by teaching the courier sent by hospitals. The remedical done by me on 21 Aug was not despatched but on follow up they despatched and found by tracking it was delivered by 2 Sep. All support services of the NDVO also work in snail speed. Sorry snail I didn't hurt your feeling I accept you are faster than VO.

I done my remedical on 8th July and hospital said dat they send it online on 14th but I don't know whether they send online or via courier. ..but later on I was find out through MP enquiry that they received it on 23rd near about. ..and my medical is valid till 23rd July 2015...

NDVO has scheduled my interview on October 7th 2014.

Once I attend the interview, how long:

-> does NDVO take to stamp VISA and send it back to me?
-> the PR VISA stamp, will be valid until? i.e by when I should fly to Canada to make my PR valid?

Medical Done ? April 2013
Application Sent to CIC ? August 2013
Application Received at CIC ? Septemper 4th 2013
Date of AOR Received ? October 17th 2013
Date of Sponsorship Approved ? November 2013
Passport sent to New Delhi ? January 6th 2014
Interview Date? October 7th 2014

Also, does anyone know what do they ask in the interview and the duration of interview?

as my interview is coming soon next week so just want to ask anyone who went through an interview that what documents should i carry with me other than our marriage,reception and other vacation photos and communication proofs...?????

should i carry my academic credentials/certificates or not...?

plz suggest me any other supportive documents so that i can prepare myself...

as per your timeline your medical already expired so after the interview they asked you to do remedical. ..so after dat ur status will b changed in 2 to 3 months. ..dats the maximum time...

visa will b valid according to ur medical date which is for one year valid..
if you know why ur interview is recommended means what are the red flags then prepared dat questions...
