Now m getting some hope for ADR applicants as they have sent u re-medical request. Now they will see other ADR files....Fingers Crossed...

Hey RKS, Just received mail foe re-assessment which says the following:
Chest Xray with report
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).
Duly completed Re-assessment Form

They have given me 30 days to send them from the day of the mail. Please advise the procedure . Do i have to fill any forms or the physician will do everything themselves. Also only chest X-ray is mentioned, so it means NO blood test. Please advise me step by step and also if the original or phptocopy of the receipt of re-medical proof has to be sent and to which address as it says at the end :

Immigration Section,

It does not mention 7/8, Shantipath . Please clarify. Awaiting your reply and i hope this should be the last thing i have to do from my end. After that visa.

Good analysis. What is the fastest visa rather shortest period od wait and longest period of wait in 2013 batch.

Fastest was in 138 Days (Himzz), and slowest in 586 Days (DeepSingh).

...i made a critical mistake n i m so worried................
just realized yesterday.......n crying since than .......hubby is sooooo mad at me ......
ok so i did a stupid mistake while filling the forms .......in schedule Q NO 6 there is a question if i have ever applied for a visit visa for canada or any country and i and i didnt tick it .......as i have applied for american visit visa but it was way back in 2007.........n now i m panicking ....plz need ur advice n plz no harsh comment as already i m on verge of collapsing plz help

1) Dont panic. Dont cry, Relax. Nothing has gone bad. there are worse things happening to people out there.
2) Fill out this form once again completely in its entirety, tick yes to the question, sign it and date it
3) Send it to NDVO by post with a cover letter explaining the error you made. In the cover letter, ensure that you mention your client id number and your name and your spouse's name etc.

Hi , My Wife application change to IP today

App recived in Miss: Dec 23 2013
No PPR request, But sent passport with out request to CIC delhi on July 2014.
