After seeing Abhishek and srkarthik get DM, myself (Dec 19th applicant) thought I will also get DM but no, status still says IP.

Wonder when I will see DM?

Hey RKS, Just received mail foe re-assessment which says the following:
Chest Xray with report
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419).
Duly completed Re-assessment Form

They have given me 30 days to send them from the day of the mail. Please advise the procedure . Do i have to fill any forms or the physician will do everything themselves. Also only chest X-ray is mentioned, so it means NO blood test. Please advise me step by step and also if the original or phptocopy of the receipt of re-medical proof has to be sent and to which address as it says at the end :

It does not mention 7/8, Shantipath . Please clarify. Awaiting your reply and i hope this should be the last thing i have to do from my end. After that visa.

Same here, Even i am sep applicant, my status changed to IP on 3rd July. We got re meds done on 9th July... Till now no update.. when my hubby did MP enquiry 2 days back the MP replied that they are validating my security checks right now...

2). TAKE 4 PASSPORT SIZE PHOTOS + COPY OF REMED MAIL + PASSPORT (IF PASSPORT WITH EMBASSY THEN A COPY OF PASSPORT)+ ADHAR CARD , VOTER CARD , DRIVING LICENSE.
3). TAKE THE ORIGINAL MEDICAL RECEIPTS (after ur tests are done ) and courier along with a COVERING LETTER WHICH STATES UE FILE APPLI NO: , UCI CODE, NAME , D.O.BAS WELL AS REMED MAIL.
[ ORIGINAML MEDICAL RECEIPTS +COVERING LETTER + REMED MAIL COPY] TO THE ADDRESS:

I did MP inquiry... and usual answer. ... every thing is good they have received my ADR and currentLy they are processing these documents....

Applied for notes on 28July have to wait till end of AUG to receive from them....

Every day its hard to pass ... wife in INDIA ..... been four times back home in past one year......

Kya kare kuch samajh mai nahi ata....
