Hello , Sran0061 , Bmselar, AtoZ143.

what do you think now about our case. We are all September applicants, got in process and after 1 week, status changed to Application received(acceptAtoZ143). No information given by NDVO why they have done so. This is very unusual as it has never happened to any one in this forum before. Really really surprised at their behavior. In my case despite of asking ADR, still they have done this. Y Y Y????

Hello Esshha

As you are sponsoring your husband so you are the sponsor and your husband is the applicant. so the form needs to be signed by him.

And if you have already submitted your application then the form needs to be sent to the original address where you sent the application please make sure that you complete question 9 in order to cancel the authorization of the rep you appointed before...

After 1 week of my status changed to IP today it went back to Application received, and inside it remains the same that we have started processing your application in 11th July 2014. What the hell is this ?
It has happened to quite a few September applicants now. What happened in your case?

my status same as ur and same change done after one week

after 40 day i received a mail from NDVO for interview
my interview first week of sept 2014

I don't know if this information/assumption is of any help to you, but some time ago a forum member posted that...

Info: she received a call from NDVO and she asked the person when can she expect the visa. She was told all looks good in her file and hopefully Senior Visa Officer will issue it soon.

Assumption: So it means initial assessment is done by Junior Visa Officer and at that time if all is well status is changed to IP, then next week or so Senior Visa Officer looks at the file. Again I assume in most of the cases they go with the Junior VO's recommendation, but in some rare cases when they see the need of some additional info (interview or something else) they change the status back to AR.

Again all this is assumption based on bits and pieces of information we get from the forum. May be a senior member can shed some more light on this.

Thanks Fakename, in my case they asked for complete divorce documents and evidence of contact with the sponsor which they received in 1 week of sending the ADR and exactly after 1 month status changed to IP. But this is unbelievable that 3 applicants went back to application received and that too all September applicants and 2 of them of 10th September. All got IP ON 11TH JUNE and i got IP on 11th July (ADR on 11th June). So what do you think now? Error or they have done deliberately?

In my case they asked for mrg pics, outing pics, passport copy, n continues relation proof....nothing else...still AR after submission...

I have updated my details in the spreadsheet just now.
No updates in particular, I think they have started looking at my file since I got an email saying they did not receive my medicals. Had the hospital resent it two days later. Ecas shows only 'Application Received'. I still have my passport as I do not live in India. My application was received on 22nd Oct 2013.

I guess this is the right time to do an MP inquiry and/or apply for notes. Senior VO must have seen your file by now. Notes/MP will tell you if this is a mistake or an interview has been scheduled.

In best case scenario it will turn out to be a mistake by VO when he tried to change IP to DM and selected the wrong button ;D ;D ;D

I guess this is the right time to do an MP inquiry and/or apply for notes. Senior VO must have seen your file by now. Notes/MP will tell you if this is a mistake or an interview has been scheduled.

If they really wanted an interview then why the hell did the asked for ADR?I WAITED FOR A MONTH ...
