Can I request notes on my wife's application? WIll I be allowed to?

i dont see any ineligible discontinued anywhere. Correction : it says

criminality : passed
medical: passed
eligibility : passed
Security: ( this is blank)

and then my first notes says FCU: RFV X 1 PLEASE

That's what I'm praying for as well. And some people have even received their passports with visa's without getting any sort of status update online. Praying to God every single moment of every day that hopefully some sort of miracle happens. Trying not to lose hope, Thanks bud, appreciate it

As far as i know. i kept my file clear with out any complications...my wife is from the same back ground as mine with 3 yrs age difference, She is working in India as well.

i am pretty confident i won't get an Interview. but seriously man.. i am really getting frustated and tensed..

i applied for GCMS on 10th April ...is it okay if i go with MP Enquiry now or i have to wait till i get the notes i applied.

IS there a chance it's getting delayed because of all these enquires we do on the file..

Gaggi, please don't get upset, I really wish its not, but it may be an interview, please order notes, what I have observed till now is they delay only people they want to interview,
do you have any red flags btw?? I hope I am wrong.

I did MP inquiry 2 weeks ago, and he told me that they have not touched my file yet, it's still awaiting "initial review"

I hear you my friend, I'm just as frustrated. I would advise you to go for MP inquiry, they say it takes 10 days but I have done it twice now and heard back from the MP within 3 days both times, so it is super quick. I believe that there are no red flags on my file either, we both have same education level, both belong to same caste, similar family backgrounds, age difference is only 4 years, every single person from both sides attended the marriage, it was a full out marriage with nothing held back, sent them more than 200 pictures, what's app chat history which was a couple hundred pages, phone bills. The inquiry does not delay the file, people on this forum have done them many many times and none of them faced any delay. Just go for the MP inquiry, and then you will get the notes soon after. We both are stuck in the same situation my friend, hope God has mercy on us and we hear some good news soon. . .

What do you mean order notes? How do we order notes? I have no idea.. and if it helps me I would like to do it too..

It's wayyyyyyy easier to make an appointment with your local MP and do an MP inquiry, takes 3-5 days max, and it's free. Just go to your MP and tell him/her that you want to do an inquiry regarding your spousal visa application, he/she will give you a form to fill out (it will include your file number, date of birth, etc etc), and that's it

i think what it means is , if you are found ineligible on any of the criteria, they will reject your application. status on it says "passed" for me .

Yeah i got the MP name and contact num.. iam waiting for his office to open.. i'll ask for the procedure and go for it 2day.

i only sent around 20 pictures. as frnd of mine suggested not too send too many pictures.. i kept my ph bills as well too.

i only assume i had a red flag i.e is.. We got engaged in March 2012 (before i am PR) and got married in 2013 May after i am PR ..i got my status in Jan 2013.. do u think this might have a raised a red flag?

Oh.. You have sent them sooo many things,,,, thats y they are taking time.... Dont worry you will get DM direct without any interview..... These things should be enough for them to issue you a visa... Did you applied for GCMS notes?
