ecas finally got updated today to DM (about 2 days after we got the passport on March 1 morning):

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 12, 2013.
2. We started processing your application on February 25, 2014.
3. Medical results have been received.
4. A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision.

they are focusing on clearing backlog right now that why if you see 2012 and pre june 2013 applicants are getting their visas, so they are working on multiple months. dont worry ad soon they get to the nerve of clearing backlog. you will see raid processing for current applications

PCC and Medical both are expired now..

Dont be tensed, They usually dont ask for PCC again, only in rare cases and Medicals is valid for 1 year, I am not sure when you completed your medicals and as per recent trend they are extending the medicals date and as you are a june applicant you will hearing good news soon

Congrats! Hope you get a speedy Visa on your passport. Usually it takes 2-10 days.
